Victoria Snyder is the founder of Self-Care Senorita, a small business coach, and a DEI trainer and expert. She has worked 13 plus years as a DEI educator and trainer, with a specialty in DEI Strategic planning. As a small business coach, she has helped over 200 small businesses in the Greater Pittsburgh area start, flourish or grow their businesses. She is an avid social justice advocate, who sits on many nonprofit boards, and is the past producer for OptivVoices, a social justice multimedia art installation. She is a 3x Telly Award-winning producer, and the proud mom to Braxton, 4 years old, and fur mom to Tiger and Peanut Butter.
